Ma Kang Ryong è il boss della sua scuola media, e pensa di essere il più forte, ma questa convinzione viene meno quando incontra Noe Ho, un uomo la cui forza supera di gran lunga quella di qualunque altra persona Kang Ryong abbia mai incontrato. Kang Ryong convince così Noe Ho a fargli da maestro, affinché possa apprendere i segreti della manipolazione del ki attraverso l’antica tecnica del “Noe Jeon So Hon†(Tecnica Dei Tuoni e dei Fulmini). Di li a breve però Noe Ho scompare misteriosamente, dopo aver annunciato di dover prendere parte ad una lotta contro un potente nemico, di cui però non svela l’identità . Dietro a tale sparizione sembra esserci la Reunion, un’avvenieristica organizzazione di studio e sviluppo delle arti marziali. Kang Ryong si troverà presto tra incudine e martello: da un lato c’è chi lo vuole morto in quanto nemico dell’organizzazione; mentre dall’altro molti sono interessati a vederlo in azione, in quanto ormai unico erede della tecnica Noe Jeon So Hon. A Kang Ryong resta solo un obbiettivo da perseguire: diventare sempre più forte e cercare di far luce sulla misteriosa scomparsa di Noe Ho.

Gangryong is a high schooler; unlike others, he has always had a dream of being the strongest. One day he meets Youcheon, who teaches him a powerful skill. One year later, people come to see him and announce that his "master" is dead. Because he was his only student, Gangryong has to follow them and go to a school where everybody has supernatural powers.
